Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about an ongoing maintenance issue please liaise with the maintenance team until the issue has been resolved and the maintenance work is complete.

If you are still unhappy with the response from the maintenance team or you have a complaint about any other issue you can complain to the Manager of Imperial using the details below.

We will aim to resolve your complaint within five working days. If we are unable to resolve the complaint we will write to inform you and explain the reason for the delay and the timescale you can expect the final response.
